Fly Earrings Return Policy

We want you to love your Fly Earrings as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Earrings must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If Your Order is Damaged:

Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately.

Report the Issue: If you find any damage, contact us within 7 days at FLYearringsbyToya@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Resolution: Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the damaged item or sending a replacement.

Shipping Instructions for Returns:

Contact Us: Before returning your item, please email us at FLYearringsbyToya@gmail.com with your reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package: Repack the earrings securely in their original packaging.

Include Documentation: Ensure your RMA number is included inside the package or written on the outside for proper processing.

Ship the Item: Mail your package to the address provided in our return email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
